Ordermentum ↔ Odoo integration: stop rekeying wholesale orders

    Ordermentum is the dominant B2B ordering platform for Australian food, beverage and wholesale suppliers — and it doesn’t talk natively to Odoo. We built the bridge.

    The Software4Business Ordermentum-to-Odoo connector pulls orders, customers, products and pricing from Ordermentum into Odoo (or into Cin7 Core via the same connector family) automatically. No CSV exports, no daily rekeying, no missed orders.

    What syncs

    • Orders — Ordermentum orders flow into Odoo as Sales Orders, with line items, quantities, customer references and delivery dates intact.
    • Customers — new Ordermentum buyers create matching Customer records in Odoo (or update existing ones). Address, ABN, contact and account fields mapped.
    • Products — SKU mapping between Ordermentum and Odoo product catalogues, with rules for handling SKU mismatches.
    • Pricing — customer-specific Ordermentum pricing reflected in the Odoo Sales Order so margin reporting stays accurate.

    Who it’s for

    Australian food, beverage, hospitality-supply and general wholesale businesses that have already adopted Ordermentum for their B2B sales channel and are running operations in Odoo (or Cin7 Core). If your accounts team is currently re-entering Ordermentum orders into Odoo by hand — typically a half-day per week of work — this connector pays for itself fast.

    How it’s built

    The connector uses Ordermentum’s API and Odoo’s standard REST API. Sync is incremental and runs on a schedule you choose. Configuration is per-customer mapping rules, not bespoke code per install — so onboarding a new Ordermentum-Odoo client typically takes a single setup call rather than a weeks-long integration project.
