- Discovery call (free, 30 min). We talk through how your business runs today, where the pain is, and which of our five industry playbooks is closest to your shape.
- Fixed-scope proposal. A written scope covering what we’ll configure, which integrations are in, what data we’ll migrate, training plan, go-live date and the price. No hourly creep.
- Build & configure. We do the work in your tenant: chart of accounts, products, customers, integrations, workflows and reports. You see progress weekly.
- Train & cut over. Hands-on training with the people who’ll actually use it. Cutover on a date you choose, with us on standby.
- Aftercare. 30-day post-go-live support included. After that, optional retainer or pay-as-you-go — your choice.
