Common questions
Is Cin7 Core the same as DEAR?
Yes. Cin7 acquired DEAR Inventory and rebranded it Cin7 Core in 2022. Same product, same data, more investment.
How does it differ from Cin7 Omni?
Cin7 Omni is a separate, older product. We don’t implement Omni — only Cin7 Core. They’re different platforms.
How long to implement?
6–10 weeks for a typical SME with one or two sales channels. Faster if your master data is clean.
What if I’m on Cin7 Core already and it’s a mess?
We do health checks and remediation. Most messes come from rushed implementations, missing master data, or accounting sync that drifted.
Will it work with my 3PL?
Most of the major Australian 3PLs already integrate. We can also build a custom connector if needed.
