1. We use Zoho Assist
We will email you a LINK to download our Remote Support App (Zoho Assist) to your computer.
Take note where the file downloads to, and click to install the app.
If prompted, click YES if asked about making changes to you computer.
2. Once approved, the portal opens up
Our consultants will now be able to provide you with remote support, directly on you computer
3. We typically communicate via a standard phone line
4. Once the session is over, we will not be able to get access to your computer again.
5. To get access to your computer in the future, we will need to repeat steps 1 to 4.
